Began his career in public accounting with Peat Marwick (KPMG) and returned to the family business in 1975. 50 years later, he plays an active role in the direction of ITS and our industry.

Oversees operations and technology at ITS, leading the development team of Xport. Started in the Customs industry in 2000.

Ryan Truax

Vice President – Operations

Now with ITS for over 10 years, Ryan spent his previous 7 years in public accounting, most recently performing compliance and financial statement audits with Ernst & Young. Ryan manages ITS' US Customs operations.

Scott Harris

Vice President

Licensed Customs Broker

Scott started in the industry in 1983 and is a third generation Customs Broker. His family founded and operated Holje Customs Brokers. Scott works in Compliance and Operations.

Val Callister

Vice President – Customer Relations

Licensed Customs Broker

Val has worked in operations for a few Brokers since 1993. She works directly with customers, keeping communications always open and ensuring that best practices are shared.

Larry Pelletier

Compliance Manager

Licensed Customs Broker

A key member of our Compliance team, he also works directly with our Operations team, ensuring consistent improvement in day-to-day operations with up-to-date Customs information. Larry has been in the industry since 1988.
